This type of coffee goes through a natural drying process where coffee bushes are cut and the coffee cherries are spread out in the sun, either on large concrete or brick patios or on matting raised to waist height on trestles, without passing through a washing process. This quality is inferior to washed coffee. Can be Arabica or Robusta.
